HRT has a highly seasoned management team throughout its organization. President and CEO Ken Harrington has extensive industry experience. He worked in industry for Dupont and Marathon Oil Company. He has complemented that industry experience with managing consulting companies, such as JBF Associates, ABS Consulting, Battelle Memorial Institute, KBC Advanced Technologies, and Worley. Most recently he was Manager, Process Safety Technology at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company (CPChem) for over 10 years. During his tenure with global governance responsibility, CPChem's Process Safety Event rate fell by over 90%.
